Service & Calibration
Instantel´s Service Department is completely equipped to perform calibration and repair for all models of Instantel monitors and sensors. Our calibration equipment is calibrated annually to ensure its integrity and is traceable to nationally recognized standards such as National Research Council (NRC) or National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST).
Instantel continuously works to improve our products for our customers. As part of this commitment we provide free software and hardware upgrades when units are returned to our North American facility for service. These upgrades are designed to expand the capabilities and extend the life of the products.
If a product needs to be returned for service, contact Instantel for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or visit InfoChange to submit an RMA online.
